We all grow by sharing. Ideas grow by being shared.

I think “whose idea it was in the first place” is barely relevant. It’s nice to know where ideas comes from: time, country, socioeconomic status, path the idea took in cultures to get where it is today. But we’re products of our times.

I stole people’s ideas, you’ll be stealing mine. This may or not be conscious. Sometimes, bad luck, you put hard work into expressing new ideas in a new way, only to find someone else already did it elsewhere, days or centuries before.
